Our philosophy:

We believe every child is important and can thrive in happy, healthy ways when provided with the right support, resources, and encouragement. Our programs cater to individual children, families, or groups, drawing from a holistic recreation therapy perspective focused on five health domains: cognitive, mental-emotional, social, physical, and spiritual health. We integrate these domains with our Points of Wellness (POW), a set of health values that guide children's learning. By merging the five health domains with the POW, we utilize evidence-based research design engaging, educational activities that build life skills for our members and subscribers, tailored for different age groups. Our adaptable, diverse, and inclusive programs can be customized for individuals, groups, or children with special needs.

The 5 health domains we base our programs on...

  • Cognitive brain health- which includes judgement, memory, intuition, language, & education.

  • Social health- which includes healthy relationships with family, friends and peers, teachers and our community. As well as making new friends, practicing self-awareness, social awareness, forming and maintaining good relationships, making responsible decisions, being safe in social situations, as well as dealing with bullying, racism, understanding difference cultures and diversity, and accepting others.
