This program will be divided into eight classes/weeks.  Through fun class work, projects, group discussion, art, writing, worksheets, exercises and activities, students focus on the ‘Points of Wellness’.  Teachers have the option of featuring a gallery/presentation at the end of the eight weeks. 


  • Week one: meditation and how the mind works.
  • Week two: healthy expression through journaling and art
  • Week three and four: The True Self, Super me.
  • Week five and six: Self-esteem building and giving back
  • Week seven and eight: Goals and vision
  • Each program will include a cover page, a director’s note, a table of contents, a description of the program and 8, one hour in length, lesson plans and a presentation guide for the season end showcase.
